Somewhere between BT's FRIACO dialup and Freeserve's user database is falling
down under the load. AFAIK the load is distributed over several servers around
the country, depending on where you are and what number you dial. You'll need
to wait for more processing power/phatter pipes/magic dust to be installed.

You'd get the same with Miami. I do sometimes with MiamiDx.
